Protecting your
privacy
Your personal privacy is important to Iron Workers Bank. We want you to know how we collect, retain and use information about you and your business relationship with us. It is our job to keep all non-public, personal information about you as confidential and secure as possible. This type of information includes, but may not be limited to, your name, your home and/or business address and telephone number, your Social Security Number and/or Employer Identification Number, and your deposit and loan account information. Iron Workers Employees Personal information that we collect about you is available to our employees and agents on a "need to know " basis so they can perform their duties. We prohibit our employees and agents from giving information about you to any third party in any manner that would violate any applicable law or this Privacy Statement. We do not provide information about you to anyone without first verifying who they are and whether they may have the legal right to the information. We train our employees to protect the information we have about you, and the records we keep concerning your business with us. Information Collection, Use and Sharing Iron Workers Bank collects, retains and uses personal information about you for the purposes of serving your financial needs, administering your account relationships with us and complying with law. Iron Workers Bank does not sell customer information to nonaffiliated third parties. We do exchange credit information about our customers with credit reporting agencies in accordance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do provide information about you and your transactions to government agencies or regulators as required by law. We are also legally required to disclose information about you under other circumstances, such as in response to a subpoena or to prevent fraud. We may share information about you with certain non-affiliated companies that act as our agents. We do this to provide you with convenient access to products or services, or to enable us to perform necessary business functions and services. This sharing is permitted by law. Such agents are contractually bound to keep confidential and secure any information about you that we give them. These agents include but are not limited to MAC® (ATM), CheckFree® (Bill Payment), Fiserv® (Data Processing) and Deluxe® (Check Printing). Security Policies and Practices Iron Workers has established security policies and practices within our organization to help us protect information and records about you from unauthorized access and disclosure. In addition, by contract, we have established similar security measures with all third parties through which we deliver financial services to you, such as ATMs, automated telephone systems and our Internet Website. Your Opt-Out Rights Pursuant to recent Federal legislation, you are given opt-out rights that permit you to tell us you do not want us to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances. At this time, you do not have any opt-out rights under this legislation because Iron Workers Bank does not disclose information about its customers in circumstances where this legislation applies. If our policy were to change, and we do not anticipate that it will, we will be required to notify you, and you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of any and all disclosures by us of personal information about you to third parties, as provided in the legislation. Ending Customer Relationship When you end your customer relationship with us, or when we end our customer relationship with you, we will treat all personal information and records we have about you as if you were still our customer.
