COMMERCIAL MORTGAGES Commercial mortgages are available for acquisition, renovations, improvements, and the refinancing of real estate properties for owner-occupied businesses or for investment properties. IWB commercial mortgages feature flexible terms and pricing. Interest rates may be fixed or may be adjusted on an annual basis with a Prime Rate or Treasury Securities Index. TERM LOANS Term loans are available with flexible terms and conditions to finance the growth of your business and the acquisition of equipment. Floating and fixed rates are available for up to seven years. COMMERCIAL LINE OF CREDIT A commercial line of credit allows a business to have funds available to meet the business cycle and growth of a company. It is available to take advantage of suppliers’ discounts, growth and new opportunities. Access to the line of credit is by check or telephone for reasons such as overdraft protection, to supplement a banking relationship or any other short-term purpose.

COMMERCIAL CHECKING Our commercial checking requires no minimum balance and does not have any per check, per deposit or monthly fees. Overdraft protection is available. Merchant services are also available for those customers processing credit card payments. BUSINESS MONEY MARKET For those customers who keep larger cash balances on hand and wish to earn interest, money market accounts are available with many tiering options. Larger balances will earn a higher yield. BUSINESS STATEMENT SAVINGS An alternative to a money market account is a business statement savings. Statement savings accounts pay interest on deposited balances and allow a way to segregate funds for accounting purposes. Statement savings accounts receive a monthly statement at each month end. |
